Proyecto EA: Business Collaboration System

Proyecto EA is the innovative Business Collaboration and Affiliation System founded by 5ingor Consultores, with hundreds of independent affiliate companies and associations from a variety of sectors and countries. For these affiliates, EA acts as a fulcrum in the national and international development of their business activities.

EA seeks to fulfill the following objectives for its Affiliates, create job opportunities, both “routine” work for affiliate services and in current markets as well as “new” opportunities in more areas or in performing more activities, and build potential, competitiveness and markets by having access to common resources and business support and development tools provided by the EA System.

To achieve these objectives, Proyecto EA has developed and operates its System based on its solid EA International Structure, which is made up of the following elements:

• EA Platforms for Affiliation Offers: where Proyecto EA organizes and publishes Members’ affiliation offers through Company, Products and Services Catalogues, and from where EA Transactions have been generated that produce sales.

• EA Commercial Networked: a combination of 5ingor’s own resources, commercial agents and indirect contributions between Affiliates through operating the EA Business Functions.

• EA Business Functions: perfectly defined and allow the most dynamic Affiliate Companies to utilize the EA Structure to reinforce their potential, competitiveness and markets as they serve as the origin of new EA Transactions for other Affiliates with correspondence in generated profits.

• Adequate Operational Support: in the target market, generating common resources and coordinating Affiliate activities in logistical, technical, operational, legal, commercial, financial and commercial risk support as well as in the representation of the rest.

All information is diffused and presented, in national and international markets, with multiple coordinated activities in marketing, communications, advertising, and public relations: corporate presentations, professional workshops, business fair stands, trade missions, business meetings, marketing and advertising campaigns, etc.

In all EA Transactions the work system is adapted, planned and dynamic. It allows for varied forms of interaction among Affiliate Companies since they can assume different EA roles in each Transaction that can be linked as: Supplier, Link, Recruit, Staff or Support Affiliates, always having access to their share of profits in successful Transactions. These activities are revitalized through the EA Transactions Listing, which provides information on opportunities open to the different modes of Affiliate participation.

Additionally, Affiliate Companies can take advantage of the important resources that the EA Structure International offers for their business activity independently from Proyecto EA by requesting one of the EA Services in Internationalization, International Banking and Commercial Risk, rendered by active Affiliates in the target market and under the coordination of 5ingor Consultores. In this regard, affiliates can operate in more than 30 countries and markets incurring less costs and having greater security, potential and competitiveness.

With respect to Financing for Proyecto EA, it is important to emphasize that affiliates do not pay membership fees. Profits are earned from sales commission on business activity generated for Affiliate Companies through EA Transactions, or from requests for EA Services in Internationalization to further develop and business activity and have a support structure established in the target market. All of this activity is monitored under the coordination of 5ingor and follows a structured system of organization and affiliation, recognized by all parties.
